Wings Over Miami welcomes vendors to Wings, Strings & Other Classics. We are currently not looking for food vendors, unless they are snack or dessert in nature.
All vendors are encouraged to bring their own tents and displays. This is an outdoor event and hopefully there will be a strong breeze so all tents will need to be securely weighted down. The museum WILL NOT be providing tents, sand bags, tables or chairs for this event. Each vendor is provided with two event passes for their assistant and their own entry.
The Exhibitors is expected to be on site until the close of the event at 9:00 pm. No early breakdowns will be allowed.
The vendor agreement is included here as a Word .doc or PDF format. Please download, fill-in and either mail or email the completed agreement form to Wings Over Miami, Attention: Vendors.
